I'm not sure why Isaac and Margaret left the Franklin Co.,Ohio area in the 1890 time frame and headed up to Putnam Co.

A kindred kin that hails thru the brother Henry Lester FRIZZELL, story has it that Isaac was a day laborer. So it would be easy to understand that with 15 children, he and his family followed the work..

On the 1880-Census-a couple of Isaac & Margaret children were living with other people.

Thier son Leander, was staying with a family named HOLLOWAY , on record T9-1015, pg.136A
Elias was staying with Uncle William FRIZZELL -record T9-1015, pg.112D
