We believe he is from the area near Ft.Recovery,which is where Mercer Co.area is.We have no further information about his early beginnings.

The Smith's and Coy's took a couple family vacations together in my younger teen years. Uncle Bill's kids, Pat,Ken and Tammy.Willie's kids, Connie and David.
Our families had taken us to just over the border into Mexico down near Galveston.I will look up the details of our trip.I think this was in Brownsville.
