| 125g of butter | |
| ¾ cup of castor sugar | |
| 1 egg | |
| ½ tea spoon of vanilla essence. | |
| ¼ tea spoon of salt. | |
| 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut | |
| ½ tablespoon of macadamia nut oil | |
| 20g of broken white chocolate | |
| 20g of broken milk chocolate | |
| 20g of broken dark chocolate. | |
| 1 cup plain four (or arrowroot flour) | |
| 1 cup self raising flour |
| Zap butter for 45 sec in the microwave in heatproof container | |
| Add sugar, mix with hand held blender | |
| Add egg and mix by hand | |
| Add vanilla, salt, coconut and oil, mix | |
| Add chocolates, mix | |
| Add flours, mix | |
| Mix and kneed into a firm dough. | |
| Oil 2 trays with macadamia nut oil. | |
| Divide mix into 12 equal size balls and place on trays. | |
| Place a chocolate drop on top. | |
| Cook in a 160ºC for 15 to 20 minutes until colour is a light brown. | |
| Cool and eat. |
