| Zap butter for 45 sec in the microwave in heatproof container |
| Add sugar, mix with hand held blender |
| Add egg and mix by hand |
| Add vanilla, salt, coconut and oil, mix |
| Add chocolates, mix |
| Add flours, mix |
| Mix and kneed into a firm dough. |
| Oil 2 trays with macadamia nut oil. |
| Divide mix into 12 equal size balls and place on trays. |
| Place a chocolate drop on top. |
| Cook in a 160ºC for 15 to 20 minutes until colour is a light
brown. |
| Cool and eat. |
