In "Pentagon may lighten adultery penalties," [1] Reuters reports that, "A committee appointed by Defense Secretary William Cohen has drafted changes to the "Manual for Courts-Martial" that would downgrade the crime [of adultery], the Times said."

What Rueters fails to report is the Defense Secretary William Cohen is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

In UNWRITTEN TREATY [ Warburg, Paul, Harcourt, Brace and Co., NY 1946 pg 15-16], Council on Foreign Relations member Paul Warburg writes,

"This book is dedicated to the men and women of OWI [Office of War Information] who served at home and abroad on the far-flung psychological battlefronts of World War II, and whose skill and devotion created the 'Voice of America'."

Council on Foreign Relations member Paul Warburg explains,

"Psychological Warfare against a declared or undeclared enemy is probably as old as human history. It consists of two basic elements - the threat, or appeal to fear - and the bribe, or appeal to greed...

When the earliest savage raised his fist against a neighbor, he was using the psychological weapon of the threat. When he baited a trap, he was exploiting the appeal to greed. Bluff, bribery and deception have played a part in every human struggle throughout history, but it remained for our generation to develop psychological warfare as a means of systematic nationalistic aggression.

Psychological warfare aims at the undermining of a people's confidence in its cause, its strength, its leaders and itself, and at the destruction of its determination to fight for its cause or even for its life.

This combination of confidence and determination we call morale. When a nation's morale is destroyed, it commits suicide - as did Austria - or else it submits to conquest after feeble and disorganized resistance - as did France. In any case, it reaches a state of mind in which resistance seems hopeless and surrender less of an evil than endurance of armed conflict...

Psychological warfare against an enemy nation seeks to paralyze the will of that nation by spreading confusion, by alternating excessive hope and excessive fear, by exploiting every cleavage and adding fuel to every prejudice. Its chief weapon is propaganda - that is the dissemination of ideas. But propaganda, to be effective, must be based upon full and carefully analyzed intelligence concerning the enemy, and must be coordinated with espionage, fifth column activity and actual sabotage...

All these assignments are carried out by the implantation of carefully selected ideas and concepts. These ideas and concepts are neither necessarily true nor necessarily false. In fact, whether they are true or false makes no difference whatsoever, so long as they successfully serve to create the desired state of mind. It follows that there is no validity whatsoever to the widely held belief that propaganda consists by definition of spreading of lies. Truth and falsehood make no difference in themselves. There is equally little justification for the belief that the propaganda of 'decent,' democratic nations should be 'the truth and nothing but the truth.'...

It cannot be stated with sufficient emphasis that information is one thing - propaganda quite another.

The purpose of spreading information is to promote the functioning of man's reason.

The purpose of propaganda is to mobilize certain of man's emotions in such a way that they will dominate his reason...

The function of an information agency is to disseminate truth - to a make available fact and opinion, each carefully labeled and separated from the other. The aim of an information agency is to enable as many people as possible to form their own individual judgments on the basis of relevant fact and authoritative opinion.

The function of a propaganda agency is almost the exact opposite: it is not to inform, but to persuade. In order to persuade it must disseminate only such fact, such opinion, and such fiction masquerading as fact as will serve to make people act, or fail to act in the desired way."

The council on Foreign Relations is seeking to paralyze the will of the United States by spreading confusion, alternating excessive hope and excessive fear, by exploiting every cleavage and adding fuel to every prejudice. The council on Foreign Relations is weakening America by destroying the traditional family, attacking peoples sense of loyalty to their government, and destroying peoples faith.

Attacking your targets faith is an effective psychological warfare technique for demoralizing an enemy. What better way to destroy the faith of a nation then by legislating and legalizing immorality. The CFR controls the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial systems. Encouraging witnesses to lie under oath encourages people to take the Lords name in vain; condones bearing false witness against ones neighbors; and allows the guilty to go free while encouraging people to steal and murder. Legalizing divorce legalizes and encourages adultery and promiscuity. Legalizing abortion legalizes and encourages murder. What better way to attack a people's faith then to confuse them about the ethics and morals that guide that faith?

William Cohen, CFR member Bill Clinton's Secretary of Defense is an UnitArian. In 1900 the American Unitarian Association organized the International Association of Liberal Christian and Religious Freedom, a world-wide fellowship of over fifty liberal religious bodies, ostensibly committed to universal "ethical theism." Webster's New World Dictionary defines Unitarian as "1 a person who denies the doctrine of the Trinity, accepting the moral teachings, but rejecting the divinity of Jesus, and holding that God exists as one person or being."

This is Arianism. Arianism is a heresy. It was founded upon fallacious arguments, dishonesty, and deceit, by a heretic named Arius (about 300 AD). Arianism is a false teaching based on denying the divinity of Christ. Christians believe in the divinity of Christ.

The integrity and ethical honesty of a doctrine founded upon destroying the beliefs of others is suspect. Such a doctrine should not be given the dignity of being called a religion or ethical theism. The Divinity School at Harvard College became rooted in Arian views in 1805 with the election of Henry Ware, as Hollis Professor of Divinity at Harvard. The Unitarian Controversy would divide the congregational churches of the Standing Order in New England. [Steam of Light - A Sesquicentennial History of American Unitarianism, Conrad Wright, Editor, Boston Unitarian Universalist Association, 1975]

A doctrine founded upon destroying the beliefs of others, especially when those beliefs are founded on such ethical structures as the Ten Commandments and the Golden rule, is not "ethical theism", it is a perverted form of atheism. It is far more dangerous than the belief there is no God. It is a conscious effort to destroy other peoples belief in God. It is not difficult to understand how such heresy can lead to war. In 1900, the International Unitarian Association had twenty million members, and headquarters at Utrecht, Holland. In 1939 there were about 125,000 Unitarians in the United States and Canada. [G.W. Cooke, Unitarianism in America; E. M. Wilbur, Our Unitarian Heritage].

The Council on Foreign Relations is interested in keeping nations at war. The Council on Foreign Relations is interested in Arianism. The Council on Foreign Relations successfully established the United Nations after World War II at Dumbarton Oaks. In 1958 The Dumbarton Oaks papers printed an article [ Vol. 12 pgs 3-28] by Harry A. Wolfson, entitled "Philosophical Implications of Arianism & Appollinarism." Is the Council on Foreign Relations financing and promoting UnitArian Controversies to divide established religious orders throughout the world and erode peoples faith in God? Do Council on Foreign Relations members infiltrate different religious orders, pose as followers and believers while trying to destroy the faith from within?

Council on Foreign Relations member William Cohen, a UnitArian, is promoting legalized adultery. Council on Foreign Relations member William Clinton is an admitted adulterer, who goes to church on Sundays and sits with the wife and daughter he betrayed. On a recent Ted Kopple show Clinton was asked about being a Christian. Clinton said his faith got him through the day because he didn't have to feel guilt over his past transgressions.

Clinton's thoughts are only about himself. Clinton has no regard for his fellow human beings. Christianity, is founded on a philosophy driven by civic virtue, not a philosophy of personal self-gratification and greed. Whatever William Clinton is he is no Christian. Christians aren't liars and hypocrites, Clinton is. Christians aren't people that encourage others to lie -- Clinton is. Christians aren't people who commit adultery, say I'm sorry and then go out and do it again and again, Clinton is. Christians aren't people that condone murder or encourage others to murder. Clinton's stand on abortion and willingness to bomb civilians indicates he is. Christians aren't people that are confused about their gender or encourage gender confusion in others -- Clinton does.

Christ didn't give up his life so people who knowingly break God's laws, could get up the next morning, guilt free, and do their best to break more laws. Christ was murdered by people who felt uneasy because Christ was pointing out their wrongdoing and hypocrisy. Had William Jefferson Clinton lived 2000 years ago he would have been among Christ's murderers, not his followers.

"Thomas Jefferson made the "Golden Rule" the foundation of American Democracy by changing John Locke's Natural rights law from Life, Liberty, and Property to the inalienable rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The change insures that decisions are driven by civic virtue instead of selfishness. The change probably resulted from Jefferson's understanding of the "Golden Rule" and a struggle Jefferson had with slavery. The original draft of the Declaration of Independence contained a scathing denunciation of slavery that would have abolished it. [2] Jefferson's change declares it immoral and illegal to consider one person the property of another. If you would be unhappy being owned by someone else then it follows that it is wrong to consider another person your property. If the original draft of the Declaration of Independence had been approved there would have been no slavery after the revolution of 1776. The original draft was not approved, slavery was not abolished, and a civil war was fought leaving a legacy of bitterness in America still felt today.

There are Laws of God and laws of man. The laws of man coerce compliance through fear of punishment. The laws of man are costly to legislate and costly to apply. Countless people must waste their lives in a tension filled environment legislating, administering, and applying the laws of man. Countless more must provide the money for this costly bureaucratic framework. The laws of man can be unjust and unfairly applied. The laws of man can make an innocent person guilty and allow the guilty to go free. The laws of man can profit one group at the expense of another. The laws of man can make one person the property of another. The laws of man can legalize and encourage breaking the Laws of God.

Council on Foreign Relations member William Cohen's proposed policy change would reduce the armed forces' maximum punishment for adultery encouraging people to commit adultery and break the law of God. If any change in policy is needed it is to ensure the maximum punishment for adultery is handed down fairly to all.

You can stop the Council on Foreign Relations, by making them visible. Tell other Americans who the Council on Foreign Relations are, and what they are doing. Write your elected representatives and demand that they investigate the Council on Foreign Relations role in the CFR run Clinton administrations sale of military technology to China. Demand that the Iran-Contra investigation be reopened and that the Council on Foreign Relations links to key individuals under investigation and performing the investigation be explored and explained.

Write letters to your local papers, radio, and TV stations, and ask them why they fail to link the CFR to many of their top news stories.

How would Council on Foreign Relations prize winning University Professors, Historians, Authors, Statesmen, Politicians, and Journalists explain to a Grand Jury, why links to the Council on Foreign Relations are missing from major news stories, and from the history books?

Title-50 War and National Defense § 783 states - "It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to combine, conspire, or agree with any other person to perform any act which would substantially contribute to the establishment within the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship, the direction and control of which is to be vested in, or exercised by or under the domination of control of, any foreign government."

The Council on Foreign Relations are in violation of Title-50 War and National Defense § 783. The Council on Foreign Relations has unlawfully and knowingly combined, conspired, and agreed to substantially contribute to the establishment of one world order under the totalitarian dictatorship, the direction and the control of members of Council on Foreign Relations, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and members of their branch organizations in various nations throughout the world. That is totalitarianism on a global scale.
