James Mullins b. ca 1788 Franklin County, Virginia - d. prior to 1880 Letcher County, Kentucky md 1) Agnes Little b. ca 1782 Virginia, daughter of Isaac & Winney (Roberts) Little, on 12 March 1812 Floyd County, Kentucky, 2) Rebecca Hayes b. ca 1840 Russell County, Virginia, daughter of John & Athaliah (Mullins) Hayes, on 29 Sept. 1859 Wise County, Virginia. Rebecca and her sons Booker and Joshua are living with her father John Hayes and his second wife in the 1880 Letcher County, Kentucky Census. James and Agnes had no known children. James and Rebecca had the following children:
