60.  David Mullins b. ca 1798 North Carolina - d. 1877 Wise County, Virginia md Virginia Jane "Jenny" Short b. ca 1806 Tennessee - d. Mullins Fork of Bold Camp Creek, Wise County, Virginia, daughter of William & Elizabeth (Bolling) Short, on 10 Feb. 1820 Floyd County, Kentucky.  At the time of their marriage, Floyd County joined Russell County, Virginia along the top of Pine Mountain.  Pike County was formed from Floyd County in 1822.  David Mullins had moved to Russell County, Virginia by 1827.  David and Jane had the following known children:
