Pleasant Mullins b. ca 1799 Virginia - d. ca 1881 Elliott County, Kentucky md 1) Martha "Patsy" Fultz b. ca 1806 Virginia - d. ca 1845 Carter County, Kentucky, daughter of Obediah & Martha (Blankenship) Fultz, on 12 Aug. 1822 Lawrence County, Kentucky. Obediah Fultz md Martha Blankenship in 1767 in Bedford County, Virginia. They lived in Russell County, Virginia in the late 1700s and early 1800s. Martha was the daughter of Joseph & Phoebe (Summerfield) Blankenship. Phoebe is said to have been a full-blooded Cherokee. Obediah and Martha died in Carter County, Kentucky. Pleasant md 2) Anna Elderidge ca 1851 in Kentucky. She died prior to 1880. Pleasant lived in the section of Carter County that became Elliott County. Elliott was created from Carter, Lawrence, and Morgan counties on 26 Jan. 1869 and formed 1 April 1869. Pleasant and Martha are believed to have had the following children:
