The Bob Ratliff House

Built in 1910 by Robert "Bob" Ratliff, an early druggist in Pikeville. This two story brick residence is built in the American Four Square style with a central passage, double pile paired windows, one story porch across the front facade, dormer hip roof and paired column supporting the roof of the porch and balustrade. It appears o the 1920 Sandborn Insurance Map.
