Drill holes in the board, one in each of the four corners. (This requires close adult supervision, of course.) Thread each end of the two long pieces of rope down through separate holes, and tie knots on the ends of the rope under the board to form two parallel loops on top. Use the shorter piece of rope to tie the two loops together at the top, so that the board can be hung on a tree. Remove the corn from the cob. Spread the cobs generously with peanut butter, then roll the sticky cobs in the birdseed and the shelled corn. Nail the cobs to the board.
