Turn a NESTLÉ NESQUIK canister into a really fun travel pack for your little traveler. Fill them with crayons, a coloring book, small toys, or a favorite book to keep kids occupied on a long trip. These little packs are so fun, the kids will want to use them at home, too!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 – Empty 32 oz. NESTLÉ NESQUIK Canister (washed and dried)
  • Decorative fabric
  • 12" of rope
  • Fabric glue
  • Drill – PARENTS ONLY

HOW TO DO IT

  • Clean and dry an empty NESTLÉ NESQUIK 32 oz. canister.
  • ADULTS: With the yellow plastic cap removed, drill one hole on each side of the canister, just below where the lid slides on.
  • Insert sting through the holes tying knots inside the canister to secure it as the handle/strap.
  • Cut a 5 1/8" x 16" inch piece of fabric. Wrap and glue around the canister with fabric glue.

TIPS

  • Let the travel pack dry overnight.

FOLLOW UP FUN

  • Little girls can use their travel packs as purses, while little boys can use them to store treasured small toys.
  • The kids might even want to use them as lunch pails.
All activities should be parent supervised. Parents, please make sure that the tools and items needed for a project are appropriate for your child.
