Can
your kids solve the riddle of love? We bet they can with the sweet
little clues on these Valentine cards.

PITTER-PAT CARD
You can't beat this card for fun!
WHAT YOU NEED
- Decorative card stock, heavy weight and light weight (available at
craft stores)
- Safety scissors
- Glue stick
- Craft knife
- Colored markers
- NESTLÉ CRUNCH Heart-shaped Candies
HOW TO DO IT
- Using the heavier weight decorative card stock, cut out a
rectangle that is about 1-1/2 inches high by 8-1/2 inches wide.
- Cut out an identical rectangle from the lighter weight paper with
a different decorative design.
- With the glue stick, glue the lightweight paper to the heavier
card stock so both designs are facing out.
- Fold rectangle in half lengthwise.
- Trace a NESTLÉ CRUNCH Heart onto the front of the card in the
middle.
- Draw another heart 1/4 inch larger than the first and cut out with
the craft knife.
- Glue the NESTLÉ CRUNCH Heart to the inside of the card so it
shows through the cutout.
- With a colored marker, write on the outside of the card:
"You make my (leave a space for the candy) go
pitter-pat"

WHAT YOU NEED
- Sheets of card stock (available at craft stores)
- Decorative paper (such as wrapping paper)
- Safety scissors
- Glue stick and craft glue
- Paint pens or markers
- NESTLÉ TREASURES
HOW TO DO IT
- Cut out a rectangle, 1-1/2 by 6 inches, from card stock.
- Fold into four 1-1/2 by 1-1/2 inch sections.
- Glue different decorative papers onto each section. Each should be
1-1/2 by 1-1/2 inches to be exact.
- Cut out block letters as follows: Capital "I" and
capital "U", approximately 3/4 by 3/4 inch.
- Glue the capital "I" onto the first section with the
glue stick.
- Glue the capital "U" onto the third section with the
glue stick.
- Cut out a heart shape from decorative paper and glue to fourth
section.
- Using craft glue, adhere one NESTLÉ TREASURE candy to the second
section.
- Decorate all sections with paint pens or markers if desired.
- When the glue dries, refold the card.

- Ribbon or lace
- Glue stick and craft glue
- Paint pens or markers
- NESTLÉ CRUNCH Heart Singles
HOW TO DO IT
- Cut out a 3 inch by 3 inch square of card stock.
- Cut out slightly smaller square using decorative paper and glue
onto larger square with glue stick.
- Decorate edge with ribbon or lace. Adhere with glue.
- Write "You're My Sweet", leaving enough room in the
lower right corner to glue one NESTLÉ CRUNCH Heart Single and
complete the riddle.
FOLLOW UP FUN
- Purchase or check out a book of riddles from the library. Riddles
are fun, but also help with reasoning skills.
- Make up riddles with your kids and see if you can stump the rest
of the family at dinner time.
