Things to Do | Special Occasions
Here's an easy but very effective cake for a graduation.
Make a sponge cake in a jelly-roll pan. Spread it with fresh sliced strawberries and or blueberries, or even jam, and then roll it up like a jelly roll. Frost it with whipped cream. Then take ribbon in your graduate's school colors and wrap it around the cake and make a bow. For an edible ribbon, use fruit roll-up snacks cut into ribbon width.
Your cake will look just like a large diploma, and taste great too!
