Comments: Dig Dug has burrowed his way into many NES fans' hearts. He tirelessly struggles to rid the world of little green dragons and orange balloon things. His costume is cool simply because he has the guts to wear a radiation suit to work everyday. His drill and bicycle pump are original, to say the least. I wish there were more than two of his games, though. In a sequel, I'd like to see some storyline like: "Who is this strange being who feels compelled to morbidly destroy little inflatable creatures?" or "Why must this 'Dig Dug' create so many holes in our ground? Does he not know that he's causing earthquakes above ground?". If some of these burning questions could be answered, I'd feel all the closer to our little friend.
