Anikan Skywalker...

Anikan Skywalker was the boy slave of the junk shop owner Watto, a flying alien in the employ of a Lord Hutt. Anikan met the Jedi Knights Qui-Gon-Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, along with the youg Queen Amidala of Naboo. The Jedi Qui-Gon-Jinn "pursauded" the junk shop owner to wager Anikan on a pod race. Despite Sabatouge by other pod racers, Anikan managed to win the race and his freedom. He was taken to the galactic Capital, planet Coruscant, where he was denied any Jedi trainning by Master Yoda and the Jedi Council. Later, after a fierce battle Qui-Gon made it his dying wish that young Anikan be trained as Jedi onto his pupil, Obi-Wan Kenobi.
