"I want to watch you suffer,
The way you've made me suffer,
I want to fuck up everything you've ever loved.
I won't become the thing I hate.
I won't become the thing I hate.
I won't become the thing I hate.
I won't become you."
-The Thing I Hate, Stabbing Westward
Maybe not all people are deserving of hate, but many are. Those that are racist, those that are uncaring for others wishes, and especially those that are cruel. Most of my hate goes towards males, for they are after one thing most of the time, and that doesn't need any explanation on my part I don't think. Most people are only out for themself, which annoys me to no end. They talk about a dog eat dog world, the rat race and what have you, just to make an excuse for their own selfishness.
Like above, not all emotions are bad. But lonliness and fear are competing for the top of my list. You can see what I don't like about lonliness here if you so desire. Fear is just a hideously controlling emotion. It keeps us from being all we could, though it does keep us from dying a stupid death. But we could be so much more if we were unafraid to express our emotions. If we had no fear to be ourselves in the face of adversity perhaps then we might be a bit happier. Depression, although more of a mental state, is still just as horrible. The overwhelming sadness and bleakness it causes is unique to say the least. Another emotion I don't like is lust. Just because I don't like the fact that one would do something without an emotional attachment. And the ultimate is hate. The cause of all discord in the world. That which I cannot stand more than anything else simply because I strive not to feel it and yet succumb to the awful, awful emotion more often than I would ever care to.
War destroys hopes and dreams, and kills so many people that should have had a chance at life. And what do we fight over? Boundaries, technology, racism, oppression, religion. Every war in history was fought over these things. And so many die fighting for their "country." We are a fellow man, there is no need for countries, no need for the killing fields littered with bodies, stained red with the blood of innocents, would be heroes. And with the use of guns, there is a lack of honor, of skill. Point and fire, and a life is ended. Chemical and biological weapons, even worse. Death to thousands, and remaining in the place for years. Nothing good has ever really come out of war that shouldn't have been anyways if we all respected one another and tried to live in relative peace.
I really don't have many problems with the religion itself. It's the followers that really kill me. They won't leave you alone. They won't accept that you have the right to believe in what you will and that you don't believe you are damned for believing what you do. That's the only problem I have with the religion itself. That they believe that anyone that isn't Christian is damned for their beliefs. In my religion I accept that others will believe what they do, and they will not be damned for having faith in their religion. The fact that Christians think that you are not happy if you are not a Christian annoys me more than anything else. I'm actually happier now that I've picked the right set of Gods for me than I ever have been, whether as Christian, atheist, or demon-worshipper. If you are Christian, please don't try to convert me. I'll dislike you more than I already do.
