Fei Fong Wong is a martial arts master and a painter who was brought to the remote village of Lahan years ago with amnesia. He was befriended by all in the village, but then they turned their backs when a troop of gears attacked Lahan and Fei went crazy, destroying the gears AND the village.
Fei does not use a weapon
Weltall is a gear that is well balanced in offensive and defensive capability. The origin of the gear is unknown, and it is believed to have powers greater than that of a normal gear.
