Bart is the would-be-prince of the kingdom of Aveh, but at an early age his father died and the throne was siezed by the evil Shakhan. Bart lives on his sand cruiser, the Yggdrasil, and lives a life of piracy alongside his gaurdians, Sigurd and Maison.
Bart uses whips to add a deadly sting to his attack.
Brigandier is a powerful attacker primarily. it has one optical sensor knocked out adn a huge eyepatch to match the pirate facade of it's pilot.
