Blue is a citizen of the Magic Kingdom, and I don't mean Disneyworld. All members of the Magic Kingdom Are blessed with magic, and Blue is the greatest wizard of them all, or at least he would be had his power not been split with his twin brother, Rouge. Blue must, to become the ultimate magician, not only accquire lots of magic, but he must also defeat Rouge.
