The Romancing Saga series is the predecessor of Saga Frontier (it is the fourth.). Though there were three Romancing Saga games released on the SNES, the second was the only one I was able to get a translated version of, and though I wish I could, I can't read Japanese. This game is very much like Saga Frontier, making use of the free scenario system. A good game if you can get your hands on it.
