This cemetery is located about 4 miles west of Velma on highway 7 and 3.6 miles south in a grove of trees, fenced.
The first three pages were Canvased May 23, 1969 by Oklahoma City Chapter, NSDAE
The next page (page 5) was Recanvassed by Betty Surginer with the Stephens County Genealogy Society.
Page 6, 7, 8, 9 were recanvassed on January 1988.
