Michael Sabatino fell in love with Crystal Chappell back in the actors' exercise room at DAYS. (They kept bumping into each other while working out.) At first, the press got a pretty good workout, too, trying to get the scoop on this off-limits romance.

Chappell concedes that newness as a couple is what originally made them press-shy. "Now we're more secure with the relationship, more comfortable with each other," she admits, "So it's like, 'Why not talk about it?'" Here are a few details:

• Astro-turf: He's a Cancer; she's a Leo. (Their dogs are Aquarius and Pisces.)
• Dueling CDs: "Music is probably the one area where we clash," laughs Chappell. "Michael's into music of the '60s. I like to put on hip-hop."
• Flaking It: When Manhattan was inundated with two feet of snow in January, Michael and Crystal couldn't wait to enjoy their first blizzard together. They had a snowball fight right in the middle of Eighth Avenue.
• Raising Kane: At home, Chappell helps Sabatino memorize his AMC lines. She plays Erica Kane to his Dr. Kinder.
• Pasta La Vista, Baby: Their most recent dinner companions were OLTL's James DePaiva (Max) and Kassie Wesley (Blair). "We owed them a dinner, so we took them to Angelo's in Little Italy," says Sabatino.
• She Says: "I'd love to get married, but my idea of marriage is more spiritual than legal.
• He Says: "I don't think it will happen this year, but I thought it would be fun to go to the eastern side of the Sierras [in northern California], hike 55 miles west to the other side and get married on the campgrounds with all our family there."
