General Meet Information: Prior to each invitational, the coaching staff will place in your family folder information on the upcoming invitational. Please review the information. Also, please review this page of the web site for upcoming meet details. If you are swimming, please write the name of the swimmer on the entry sheet and circle those events which you are choosing to swim. Your meet entry deposit will be debited to account for the events entered. Please note that most meets have limits of how many individual events the swimmer may enter in one day. Although individual events at invitationals are usually the choice of the swimmer, the coaching staff reserves the right to make changes. Relay selections will be chosen by the coaches.
If you are not swimming, please write your name on the entry sheet and indicate that you will not be swimming the meet.
Regardless of whether you are swimming or not, please return the entry form by the deadline date into the "Detling" folder.
Unlike previous years, the coaching staff will not be calling the homes of those swimmers who have failed to submit entry forms by the deadline. If you fail to submit the entries by the date stated, you risk not being entered. For this reason, we will make every attempt to keep you up to date via this web site.
