ACDI/VOCA, an international development organization, seeks a DC-based Project Coordinator for projects in Latin America.  Duties:  support & monitor overseas offices/projects, proposal & report writing, develop/monitor budgets, recruit positions.  Qualifications:  MA in international affairs, business or finance/credit, knowledge of USAID regulations, 3-5 years previous work experience  with international projects, excellent writing, budget, communication skills.
