Short-term and Long-term Experts

ACDI/VOCA

ACDI/VOCA, an international development organization delivering technical assistance to businesses and institutions, is recruiting several short and long-term experts for a community development activity in the Balkans. Successful candidates should be senior-level community development specialists with 10-12 years of experience in USAID program

management and one of the following:

Training

Project Monitoring and Evaluation

Civil Engineering

Grants Management

Procurement and Financial Management
