Senior Program Specialists- The Balkans
America's Development Foundation (ADF) seeks several experienced Senior Program Specialists for its program activities in the Balkans.
Responsibilities: project oversight; liaison with donors and NGO partners; working at the community level with local government and civil society groups; providing training and technical assistance in relative areas of expertise.
Requirements: minimum five-seven years overseas project management experience; strong interpersonal skills; training and technical assistance experience to community groups and NGOs; experience in (one or more of the following areas): social and economic development, civic participation programs, rural infrastructure, environmental programs; regional experience; Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian language skills and advanced degree strongly preferred.
