Office Manager/Assistant to the President-Alexandria, Virginia

Office Manager/Assistant to the President for America's Development Foundation, a U.S. nonprofit organization based in Alexandria, Virginia, engaged in the international development of democracy. 

ADF is a U.S. nonprofit private voluntary organization (PVO) established in 1980. It is dedicated to assisting the international development of democracy. ADF provides technical assistance, training, and grants to non- governmental organizations (NGOs) building civil society in support of democracy in countries throughout the world. ADF has experience working in thirty countries in Eastern Europe, Russia/NIS, the Middle East, the
Caribbean, Central America, and Africa.

Desirable experience:
8 + years executive office experience; computer and internet skills including website maintenance; MS Office 97; strong organizational and communications skills; experience working with international development
organization supported by USAID grants/contracts and other donors. 

Foreign language skills (French, Serbo-Croatian, Arabic, Spanish, Russian) highly desirable.
