AGA KHAN RURAL SUPPORT PROGRAMME (INDIA)

The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) is a leading professional, non communal, development organisation in Gujarat focusing on natural resource management. Presently AKRSP(I) is working in the districts of Bharuch, Surendranagar and Junagadh. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions.

1. Programme Manager

The successful candidate is likely to be a postgraduate with atleast 5 years NGO development experience, some of which should be in a management position. He or she is required to lead a committed multi-disciplinary team and implementing projects with a participatory approach. The position is based at our Netrang office in Bharuch District. Only those who are ready to meet the challenges of development activities beyond a routine job, need apply. Gross Salary will be Rs.12000/-.

 

2. Watershed Organiser

The position requires post graduation in social sciences/management/ engineering. Preference will be given to those who have experience in rural development, preferebly with NGOs for a period of 3 years. The position is based at Junagadh District. Gross Salary will be Rs.8500/-.
