ARAVALI a Development Support Organisation based in Jaipur serving the needs of small and medium voluntary organisations is looking for full time Programme Staff to assist its operations for rural development in Rajasthan. Experience must include work with grass root NGOs. Experience with development support organisations would be an added advantage.

Group Coordinator (1) - Human & Institutional Capacity Building. 7-10 years of experience. Responsibilities would include designing and implementing programmes, which help build capacities of NGOs especially in the areas of organisational development, training, planning and implementation of programmes.

Group Coordinator (1) - Microfinance & Livelihood Programmes. 7-10 years of experience. Responsibilities would include designing and implementing programmes, which help build capacities of NGOs especially in the areas of SHG formation, management, training and developing microenterprise based livelihood.

Programme Officers (3) - 4-6 years of experience of having worked with NGOs at the grass root level. Areas of work must be among the following - microfinance and / or microenterprise development, watershed management (preferably with engineering experience), rural development, training of communities, community organisation, organisational development.

Professionally qualified people from nationally recognized institutes and universities with backgrounds in social work, rural management, sociology, economics and related areas may apply though the focus will be on relevant and suitable work experience.
