International Project Co-ordinator

Bannock Consulting is a small but rapidly developing consultancy firm handling a wide range of overseas projects. We are currently involved in a number of assignments in Central and Eastern Europe and Africa focussing on the provision of technical assistance to banks seeking to develop or expand their capacity to service SME (small and medium enterprise) clients.
We are currently looking for a person to provide home office based logistical and administrative support, budget monitoring and financial management for a number of international projects.
By its very nature, this role is diverse, but we would expect that most of your time will be spent carrying out the following duties:
· Home office financial administration (project budgets, work in progress calculations, liaison with Accounting Department)
· Preparation of invoices to clients
· Liaison with associates and clients on administrative and logistical matters
· Processing expenses claims from consultants and home office staff
· Help and advice to associates with logistical matters (eg. visa processing, insurance)
· Management of recruitment campaigns - co-ordination and selection
Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills as well as evidence of an ability to operate independently with a minimum of direct supervision. Knowledge in foreign languages, although not essential, would be an advantage as would work experience in a developing country. Candidates should have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
