BASIX, Hyderabad is looking for 2 members to be part of a team for their new initiative in MP called MP-Livelihood Enhancement Action Platform (LEAP). They should be professionals with 3-5 years experience in rural management/agriculture/marketing. The placement will be at Bhopal.

LEAP will essentially identify 2-3 sub-sectors in MP, which have potential for growth and generating substantial employment for the rural poor in MP. In these, LEAP will work with a range of stakeholders in the identified sub-sector who will be on the Platform (govt., private sector, NGOs, etc).

The effort will be to remove the constraints in the sub-sector and realise its growth/employment potential over a period of time.
