Director, Grants Development

CEDPA, a Washington, DC based nonprofit international organization dedicated to empowering women, has an immediate opening for a Director, Grants Development. Incumbent will provide overall direction, coordination and implementation of grant development programs including identifying prospects and developing strategies to secure funding from private foundations, corporations and public sources.  Responsible for managing human and financial resources, plus the development of the annual work plan and budget for grants development. Must be a degreed professional, minimum eight years experience directing grants development with a non-profit agency.  Extensive experience in foundation and corporate solicitation.  Demonstrated success in the research, creation and implementation of development strategies.
