PROGRAM MANAGER II/FINANCE DIRECTOR

Catholic Relief Services seeks a Finance Director to provide overall  management of CRS/Bosnia financial systems to meet management needs and ensure compliance with CRS and donor requirements. Visit www.catholicrelief.org for specific responsibilities.

Requires: Three years experience in accounting in overseas development programs. Demonstrated ability to manage financial resources. Technical expertise in financial systems. Knowledge of USG and other reporting and program standards/compliance issues. Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred. English and French, Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency required.
