Senior level Small Medium Enterprise (SME) consultants are sought for existing, long-term assignments in the Former Soviet Union. Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of experience with one or more of the following SME related activities:

* Direct Consulting Services to SMEs and Business Development Service (BDS) Providers

* Establishment and Operation of Business Advisory Centers

* International Business Linkages and Partnerships

* Development of SME and Industrial Policy for Government

* Institution Building in the SME area

* Export Development and Investment Promotion

* Proficiency in English is required - Russian language is a distinct asset.

* Prior international consulting experience, with donor-funded projects is highly preferred
