Requires : Deputy Director (Corporate Services) - New Delhi Charities Aid Foundation India, a sister organisation of Charities Aid Foundation (UK) is involved with increasing the flow of funds to the voluntary sector, and in capacity building of the sector. Presently we are promoting two schemes with companies namely Payroll Giving (Give as you Earn - GAYE) and Primary Education Fund (PEF). The operations are based in Delhi, Bangalore and Lucknow. We need a Deputy Director (Corporate Services) to be based at Delhi who will be able to manage all the donor related and corporate services to companies. The primary task is to increase the flow of funding to the voluntary sector and create partnerships with business. The key responsibilities include : * Management of the GAYE (payroll giving) teams in Delhi, Bangalore & Lucknow. * Work independently and manage GAYE as an independent cost centre. * Work on the expansion of GAYE into other cities and train new staff. The ideal candidates will be a postgraduate in management of from IRMA / MBA or from the corporate sector and have worked for at least 5 years in a reputed organisation. Knowledge of the voluntary sector will be an advantage. Women candidates are encouraged to apply. Interviews will be in the last week of September.
