Experience: Minimum 10 years, in the following areas:

1. Experience in supporting and facilitating governments in the development of national health plans; health reform and capacity development; sector investment programmes; health information systems development; situation analysis and evaluative research on programs and services in the health sector.

2. Experience in human resource planning and training of health professionals

3. Experience in local governance and community participation.

4. Experience in women's health programming i.e. safe motherhood; women's nutrition; family planning; IEC on reproductive health to include programming related to prevention and management of STD and HIV/AIDS;

5. Youth programming: school and community -based programs for adolescents and street children.

6. Experience in nutrition programming to include integrated nutritional programming.

7. Experience with the public and private sector in India.

8. Competence in health economics, use of epidemiological tools, and institutional development."
