Requires : Manager-Human Resources Seva Mandir is a well established voluntary organisation which has been involved in community upliftment and capacity building in Rajasthan's Udaipur District since 1969. Its work is centered on programs of wasteland, watershed and water resource management, community assets development, education, women and children's development, health and capability building. Seva Mandir has over 900 full and part time workers. The backgrounds and experiences of these workers are rich and varied and it is this that provides Seva Mandir with the wisdom to present a comprehensive approach to all of its work. Qualifications: The successful candidate for this position will be a postgraduate in human resources management with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include selection and induction, performance management and monitoring, succession planning, staff compensation, matters relating to disciplinary and legal issues, staff training requirements, and adopting innovative training and development strategies.
