The Futures Group International The Futures Group International would like to employ an HIV/AIDS advocacy specialist for up to five years as follows : Position : HIV/AIDS Advocacy and Policy Specialist Qualification: Masters degree in public health or social sciences. Experience: Minimum 4 years experience on HIV/AIDS issues in Zimbabwe, including work with NGO community Skills: Strong communication and advocacy skills. Management skills an asset. Assignment: Serve as Chief-of-Party or Senior Staff for five-year USAID-funded project designed to strengthen HIV/AIDS advocacy capabilities among Zimbabwean NGOs. Also provide some support in policy development to Government of Zimbabwe. Duty Station: Harare with regular travel to other parts of the country. Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
