Requires : Director SWEAT is a Cape Town based NGO which provides safer sex education to sex workers and advocates for the rights of sex workers. Responsibilities: To build, supervise and direct a team of seven staff delivering community outreach, education, crisis counselling and advocacy services. Requirements: Minimum of two years' management experience in the NGO sector; Fundraising and financial management experience; Public relations, advocacy and networking skills; Report writing and verbal communication skills; and Appropriate tertiary qualification or equivalent. The successful applicant will be mature, flexible, innovative and willing to work with contentious issues. Closing date: 15 October 2000.
