Requires : Administration Manager A vibrant community education centre, offering a wide range of education and training programmes, based in Pietermaritzburg, is inviting suitably qualified persons to apply for the Administration Manager position. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall administrative requirements of Tembaletu, working directly with the Director. The key responsibilities: Supervision of general workers and admin staff, stock control, management of physical resources, general maintenance, security, venue hire, manage and keep records of staff leave, control and follow-up debtors, and maintain an effective management information system for Tembaletu. The minimum requirements are: Matric and 3 years qualification in administration or equivalence; 2 years relevant experience; driver's licence; fluency in English and Zulu; understanding of finances; working knowledge of computers; understanding of SA labour laws; must be extremely organised; and be able to work under pressure.
