The QED Group

The QED Group is looking for individuals with field experience in community based monitoring and evaluation.  We are an 8 (a) certified consulting firm specializing in economic research, social development, and management consulting for clients such as the World Bank, USAID, and the US Trade and Development Agency.   Seasoned professionals with a background in community based monitoring and evaluation methods, stakeholder analysis, participatory and empowerment evluations, conducting needs assessments and provideing training to NGOs and field staff, are needed.  Experience working in the Balkans, former Soviet Union, and Eastern Europe is highly desirable.
