1. About The Role

The Regional Director - East, Central & Southern Africa will work to provide strategic leadership to 20 programme staff in the development and implementation of SSI's programmes.

2. Objectives For The Role

To communicate effectively and ensure that all programme support conforms to a high standard of financial management within the agreed policy and procedures.

3. Person Specification

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a development organisation, strong leadership skills, a high level of efficiency, and experience of managing large programmes and budgets.

4. Salary

The postholder will be paid a salary of 30,000 UKP to 32,000 UKP

5. Location

This role will be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
