Capacity Building and Training for Development Project. Timor Aid requires a Trainer in Capacity Building and Program Development to design and deliver training for Timor Aid Project staff.

The goal of this project is to increase the capacity of Timor Aid, in order to address the post-conflict medium and long term development needs in East Timor, and of local people, enabling them to respond to opportunities for small scale enterprise management.

The Trainer will work alongside and train the East Timorese Program Manager, Project Development Manager and Project Officers in sustainable development, participatory methodologies, project cycle management and funding mechanisms.

Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:

1) Qualifications in a relevant disciplineExperience in the design and delivery of training and education in sustainable development including project design and monitoring and evaluation

3) Experience working in developing countries Indonesian, Tetum or Portuguese language skills will be an advantage
