Requires : PROGRAMME MANAGER

Oxfam, a development and relief agency is seeking to recruit a senior and mature manager to lead its programme in MP and parts of Maharashtra, based in Nagpur.

The Programme Manager under the direction of the Country Representative will lead and manage the agreed programme and contribute to the National and Regional Strategic Programme Objectives identified for South Asia.

Key responsibilities will include managing staff, developing the programme, representing Oxfam to partners, donors and government, reporting on work and on fundings as per organisational standards. Evidence of substantial experience (applied knowledge and skills) is required in the fields of relief / rehabilitation, development, policy advocacy, financial management and managing staff performance. A high level of analytical skills and ability to think strategically as well as sound knowledge of country and South Asia region are required.

This post is on a 4 year contract.
