An established research and advocacy institution requires : DEPUTY ART DIRECTOR : Individual with experience in magazine, book and exhibition production, digital prepress system, interested in social issues, adept in handling hardcore information in a friendly manner. Art school background is not a must. DESIGNER : Experience of editorial design should be familiar with Quarkxpress, Photoshop and Freehand preferably in a Machintosh environment. 2/3 years of work experience in publishing or advertising needed. ILLUSTRATOR AND CARTOONIST : With a contemporary style, willing to turn serious issues into evocative images, capable of generating ideas independently. Should have experience working in a digital prepress system. PHOTOGRAPHER : Experienced in social documentary, has an eye for contemporary photography, willing to take up travel in unknown terrain. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right person.
