Requires : Director We are looking for a Director for a state-of-the-art Blood Bank under construction in Delhi under the auspices of a Rotary sponsored society. We are seeking an individual with a Master's Degree in pathology / Transfusion Medicine, who is nationally recognized for his / her contribution in the field of Blood Banking and who has a strong commitment to Service and Research. The Director will be responsible for blood banking services, including special programmes such as apheresis, stem cell processing and cryopreservation. The person should have an excellent understanding of the current issues in Blood Banking; a distinguished scholarly record and leadership qualities, including developing innovative programmes, facilities and managing in a complex and changing organizational environment. He / She will be responsible for all administrative, clinical / technical education and fiscal matters.
