Catholic Relief Services, a voluntary, non-profit, international relief and development organisation, with programs in over 86 countries seek to build a program quality unit. We are looking for committed professionals to join a team of Regional Technical Advisors based in Delhi supporting a nation-wide relief and development program. Experts in the following fields are sought : Safe Motherhood / Child Survival : Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for community based program covering 4,000 villages in 16 states providing health and nutritional supplement to mothers. HIV / AIDS : Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for programs with special focus on PLWA, AIDS awareness and prevention. Watershed Management : Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical assistance community-based Watershed Management, Food for Work program across Northern India. MIS : Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for managing and modifying systems and reporting. Qualifications and Experience : A Masters Degree / Diploma in the relevant technical field / discipline from reputed institutions and 10 years field experience with a reputed organisations(s). Ph.D in the relevant technical field / discipline from reputed institutions and 5 years field experience with a reputed organisations(s). Skills Required : * Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi. * Working knowledge of Windows, work processors and spreadsheets. * Willing to travel 30% of the time.
