Sadly, we have now confirmed that, from sources in Brazil, that since they were bought-out by Novo/Nordisk, Biobras no longer produces beef or beef-pork insulins.

Regrettably, we were advised by a friend from Brazil, on 4/24/2002, that since they were purchased by the Danish Novo/Nordisk firm, Biobras has stopped production of beef and beef-pork insulins. We wonder why.
