You'll need to find the Racetrack Key in the Aquarium to access Lara's private track in TR 3
Controls
Left/Right direction Button = Turn left/right
Ctrl = accelerate
Alt = reverse
Ins (Keypad 0) = handbrake
End = dismount
While holding the Handbrake, pressing the Accelerator then releasing the Handbrake will provide a Turbo-Boost.

 

KAYAK

Controls
Up/Down Cursor Keys = paddle forward/backward
Left/Right Cursor Keys = turn left/right
Shift + Left/Right Cursor Keys = paddle turn - left/right
End + Left/Right Cursor Keys = jump out
