My own recipe is very simple.

Ingredients
1 Kg (2 lbs) of cleaned cubed Beefheart
An equal quantity by volume of whole uncooked prawns.
One or two hard boiled egg yolks, (depending on size)
2 fresh cloves of garlic. (medium sized)
5 mls of childrens vitamins (Pentavite).

Method
Place frozen prawns into a blender and blend smooth, remove it and place in fridge.
Place softly fozen beef cubes in blender and blend till roughly chopped.
Mix egg yolk, crushed garlic and vitamins together in a small container and blend smooth by hand with back of teaspoon. (I use a cup)
Place all ingredients back into blender and blend until evenly mixed.
Place mix in snaplock bags and press down into 5 ml (1/4") slabs.
When almost frozen, I use the back of a long knife or steel ruler to press grooves into the mix for easy snapping off.

Freeze and use as required.
