Ya' know, during the course of one's life we run across people that we admire and respect because of their true friendship. It's not all that we meet but that special person is there for the finding if you can open up your heart to their offering. Well, when I met Cliff Sr. & Shirley Houck I knew right then and there that you two were of those really special people.

About a month ago Cliff Sr. contacted me with some questions about my USMC days. He told me he was hooked up with a bunch of retired military men and that they meet at times for discussions and coffee. Cliff asked me questions about my MOS  (USMC job description) and my rank. I must admit that I was sort of curious about the questions but being the Friend he is to me I was more than happy to share my past with him.

Then, a few days ago, I received a package in the mail and the photos you see are the answer to my wondering what he was up to. Wow, very cool and thoughtful of my dear Friend & his lovely wife!
